Vue des Rêves underwent an extensive, multi-million dollar renovation beginning in 2014 to be transformed into a work of contemporary Caribbean art. The Cuvée team collaborated with local artisans to bring to life design ideas from around the world in this spectacularly detailed space. Natural materials like South American IPE wood and natural stone give the house a contemporary Carribean flavor. Gable roofs with peak ceilings finished with wood beams mean open, voluminous spaces with tons of light, and a spectacular wine wall carved from natural stone. There’s a state-of-the-art entertainment center.
A true chef’s kitchen with classic French influences means that gourmands can braise, simmer, and sear to their heart’s content (gastronomes will appreciate the custom La Cornue island with iconic metal rail – historically used to ensure safety when using the high-heat range). There’s also a back kitchen and an outdoor kitchen, all complete with custom French and Portugal cabinets.
Outside, a breathtaking fire-and-water setting promises unforgettable al fresco gatherings. Dip into the sprawling infinity pool, backdropped by a rushing waterfall. Or relax on the French-made Dedon swing and take in breathtaking views of Eden Rock and Baie de St. Jean. The piece de résistance?
